Op maandag 31 oktober 2011 zal RRA advocate Michèlle Hussem (werkzaam op het gebied van Intellectuele Eigendom en Ondernemingsrecht) een IE kennissessie verzorgen.

Aangezien deze kennissessie onderdeel uitmaakt van de Internationale Conferentie voor Professionele Fotografen Imagination 2011, zal voornamelijk het Nederlandse auteursrecht aan bod komen, waarbij o.a. aandacht wordt besteed aan de beschermingsomvang van auteursrecht en de mogelijkheid om op te treden tegen inbreuk. Hierbij zal ook aandacht worden besteed aan de handhaving van buitenlandse auteursrechten in Nederland en komen uiteraard ook aanverwante onderwerpen zoals portretrechten, licenties, merken etc. aan bod.

Enkel deelnemers aan Imagination 2011 kunnen deze kennissessie bijwonen.

IP-knowledge session during Imagination 2011

On Monday October 31st 2011, RRA attorney-at-law Michèlle Hussem (working in the field of Intellectual Property and business law) will host an IP-knowledge session. 

Since this knowledge session is part of the international conference for professional photographs Imagination 2011, the session will mainly deal with Dutch copyright, focussing on (the extent of) copyright protection and the ability to act against copyright infringement. In connection hereto, the enforcement of foreign copyright in the Netherlands will also be addresses. Of course also related topics like the right of those portrayed, licences, trademarks etc. will be included in the session.

Solely participants of Imagination 2011 can attend this knowledge session.
