We will discuss the cost of our services when we first speak. You may well be able to rely on your legal expenses insurance or publicly funded legal assistance. Where this is not the case, we generally work at an hourly rate. The rate, which is agreed in advance, depends on the experience and specialisation of the advocate. It also depends on the nature of the case and the level of importance and urgency.

Our services are of high quality and our rates are fair. Alternative arrangements such as a fixed fee or a special agreed hourly rate, are also possible. ‘No cure no pay’ charging is prohibited for advocates. The invoicing method agreed upon will be confirmed to you in writing and we will provide you with a cost estimate in advance.

If our work goes on over an extended period, we will send you an interim invoice once a month. Our invoices are always detailed and cover fees, disbursements, office overheads and VAT.

Our charges compare favourably with others on the market. This is due to our relatively low rates, but also our efficient working methods.
